It’s obvious. It's low-density, low-fat, high-fiber, and delicious. Its versatility makes it a great weight-loss veggie.

6. Chilli

It also increases metabolism for a few hours, according to research. 


How much food? I guess enough to warm your mouth for 20 minutes after eating.
