Still, these snacks have a lot of sugar, flour, and other things that can stop you from losing weight.

It's easy to lose weight when you eat chicken because it's low in fat.

If you eat the skin, this is even more true. Without realizing it, you might be eating more fat than you should be.

A lot of cereals say they are good for your heart or full of fiber. This might be true, but cereal can have a lot of sugar.
